- As a mature woman, I offer informative dating and relationship advice. I have been there, done that, and lived it all! I know what works!
- Removing stale patterns/behaviours and old belief systems.
- Couples counselling. Help you to rekindle and refresh your long-term relationship!
- Help you to understand the part you play in your life choices.
- Improve your self-esteem (helping you to believe in yourself and that you deserve a great life!)
- Styling and makeover assistance/suggestions if requested.
- Discuss past dating/relationship scenarios that are keeping you stuck. Removing repetitive patterns that aren’t working for you.
- Assistance with online dating. Create a personal profile that makes you stand out!
- Gentle attitude adjustments. (We don’t always know how people perceive us due to our body language or facial expressions.)
- Teach you how to flirt.
- Homework assignments to keep you focused between sessions.
- A “date night” practice session.
- Follow Up and Review. (How is personal coaching working for you and do we need to alter a few things?)
- Give you tools to move on after a divorce and improve single parenting skills. I offer dating tips for single parents.
