Travis has been in the Food Industry for most of his life. He started at 15 years old at The Galley located at Jericho beach, which quickly led him to other restaurant positions throughout the years.

His past jobs were cooking for Relish Restaurant, The Pourhouse Restaurant in Gastown, Brix Restaurant on Homer, he was Chef De Partie at Hotel Du Vin in Brighton England, and he has spent the last 6 years as the Executive Chef at La Pentola at the Opus Hotel in Vancouver.
